A Call to Action: Must-Do's for Transforming to a 15% ROS Company

 With input from their organizations, over 250 Pratt & Whitney leaders from across our global company aligned around what needs to be accomplished to meet our commitments to customers, employees and shareholders.

To begin, they identified “Must-Do's” for 2020. These represent the first steps on the path to our long-term objective: to become a 15% return-on-sales company by 2025.

In addition to the Must-Do's for 2020, transformational projects taking place today through 2025 were discussed. “How We Transform” is our long-term strategy to making Pratt & Whitney more competitive. 

Over the coming weeks, our Must-Do’s and How We Transform will be explained in further detail to drive alignment across Pratt & Whitney. Every employee plays an important role in our company’s success; therefore, we all must understand what challenges and opportunities are ahead and what needs to be done to support company-wide efforts.
